From the moment we are born, more often than not, we are asked to perform at another’s rhythm and tempo rather than our own. How often were you asked what was true for you while growing up? Learning from the inside out can be as simple as being asked "How are you feeling today?" and someone actually taking the time to really listen to your answer.
LEARNING FROM THE INSIDE OUT marks a paradigm shift in our attitudes and expectations for learning in all ages. This approach to the experience of learning arose while processing pre and perinatal imprints in warm water. It involves eliciting learning rather than instiling it.
Sophia Michalopoulou MA founder of AQUAGENESIS who is a pre and perinatal focused integrative aquatic therapist, a pregnancy and birth doula as well as a baby swimming and early-year educator will be introducing this paradigm changing workshop for parents, guardians and educators in Berlin on Saturday 21st of October 2023.

# What it looks like at home and in education from a child's perspective?
Sophia's passion for this work arises from seeing birth from a baby's perspective and from an urgency for us adults to become aware of their multidimensional needs here and now.
The more we are able to see them for more of who they are the more empowered and equipped they will be to thrive in a changing world. By practising skills for learning from the inside out ourselves, by owning our limiting belief systems, we are in a better position to model new behavioural paradigms for our children, families and communities.
