TO BE HELD
Restoring Safety and Trust in the Body and in Relationship
A 4-Day Land and Warm Water Retreat in NapMajor · Budapest with
Ekaterina Podoprigora &Sophia Michalopoulou

There comes a moment when pushing no longer works.
When the body asks for softness.
When connection must feel safe, not demanding.
When rest becomes essential, not optional.
TO BE HELD is a four-day retreat designed to restore nervous system safety and rebuild trust — within yourself and in relationship with others.
In a quiet natural setting, surrounded by forest, we will slow down. Through guided rest, somatic practices, gentle movement, warm water immersion, silence, and intentional connection exercises, you will explore what it truly means to feel held — without pressure, performance, or expectation.
This retreat is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering that safety is possible.
You will learn to:
-
Recognize what safety feels like in your body
-
Strengthen boundaries without isolation
-
Experience connection without losing yourself
-
Recalibrate your nervous system through rest and attunement
This space is for those who are sensitive, thoughtful, and ready to move from survival into softness.
No forcing. No emotional pushing. Just a carefully held environment where your system can settle.
You are not meant to do this alone. And you are not meant to override yourself anymore.
