AQUATIC INTELLIGENCE is a 9-part embodied journey online that brings you back to the wisdom you were born with. This is not a course. It is a journey or remembering yourself. A way forward, from the inside out.
AQUATIC INTELLIGENCE is about remembering these capacities of water as a way of living life on Earth.
Through gentle somatic practices, gentle movement, guided reflection, an understanding of the principles of how water behaves, and the exploration of how water’s capacities can became an embodied part of your life, you’ll develop new internal resources for clarity, resilience, and choice for moving forward with.
Over nine 2-hour live online sessions, you will explore the embodied capacities of water that allow you to:
• regulate emotions with fluid ease
• expand your capacity for presence and attunement
• reconnect with your inner embryo to remember more of who you are
• become clear in what you want and how to get there in a more effective way
• build coherence in yourself and in your relationships
• express your unique essence and innate wisdom with clarity and ease
• embody more of your multidimensional capacity to facilitate change and impact
The Journey
The journey starts just after the first New Moon of 2026 on Thursday 22nd of January at 20:00 GR/EETE. Each class will flow into the next one creating a personal journey that deepens the more you allow it to unfold from the inside out.
In between classes which will be held on a Thursday every second week** continuum will be held through our shared Telegram group for questions and reflections.
