MY BUBBLE IS MY BIRTHRIGHT is a simple yet powerful introduction to pre and perinatal explorations on land and in water by water therapist, doula and educator Sophia Michalopoulou.
This 3-Hour ONLINE CLASS will offer you a deeper understanding of resources available to you for finding a way through in Life, supporting your capacity to contain yourself in order to embody and express your unique essence more fully.

“My Bubble Is My Birthright” is a slow, immersive 3-hour online experience where we explore:

This is not a lecture.
It is embodied, explorative and gently transformational.
We will move, sense, reflect and create.
A special creative layer
You will be guided through a drawing process to create your own bubble — a tangible, visual expression of your boundaries, your energy, and your sovereignty. You will leave with something physical to keep as a reminder of what is yours. No artistic experience needed. Just a playful curiosity.
